There are four ways we can demonstrate our willingness to get the most out of our lives and to live our lives on our own terms. These are: Motivation, Self-Belief, Self-Discipline and the Willingness to challenge our own preconceived ideas. Life Coaching on a one to one basis is in my view the best way to keep yourself accountable and to make definite progress towards your goals. 2) Self-Belief
Self-Belief is the measurement to which you believe, deep down, that you are deserving and worthy of the things that you are intent about bringing into your life. Without Self-Belief you will prevent yourself from getting these very things. Your self-belief doesn’t need to be perfect, but what's really important to begin with is that you are desirous of increasing your Self-Belief.
