We all have desires; but how to stop procrastinating and get the determination, confidence and tennacity to achieve our desires, is made so much easier when you have someone alongside you to confidentially and without fear of being ridiculed, bounce your ideas off and sometimes to suggest new ideas into the mix for you that might give you clarity. That's what a life coach does!
Of course a life coach has many tools that they may use to help you discover how to live the life of your dreams; but it is really in the ongoing interaction and rapport of your conversations with the coach, where I believe the coach can prove their lasting benefit to your life.
I initially coached people with many different goals in mind (including some singer songwriters) and then I worked as a master coach alongside New Insights in Brighton, helping them to develop new Life Coaches. I have, more recently switched the focus of my work to singer songwriters which is now my main niche market.
What I like to do at the beginning is to have a "getting to know you chat" over the phone. I have a great "deal" with my phone company, which allows me to call people for up to one hour for pennies, so if you are willing to let me have your phone number and the best time(s) that you’re available, I will call you.
During our initial conversation, you can decide if you think we get on well and then let me know if you would like to take me up on my offer of a confidential complimentary life coaching session. Depending how this goal setting session goes, you can then make up your mind about becoming one of my paying clients.
So it won't even cost you the price of a phone call to find out if life coaching is for you, or if I'm the right coach. You've got nothing to lose and clarity, direction and purpose for your life to gain!
