Happy Thanksgiving!
I remember our friend Norman saying to us when we were in LA, that "Thanksgiving" is a wonderful celebration to have, because it isn't based on any religious festival; which means, that everyone can celebrate and of course be thankful! :)
I'm thankful (like you I'm sure you are) every day for so many things, but in the spirit of the occasion I would say today: I am thankful for Anne, for my family and friends, for my clients, for music, for those who challenge and encourage me and the wonderful calling I have as someone who can inspire others.
Happy Thanksgiving to us all! :)

Life begins at forty or fifty?
In recent months I have been in conversation with people who have reached or are about to reach the age of 40 or 50, here's what I've been telling them of my experience's.
They used to say that "Life begins at 40!", but due to how much longer people are living, I think it should be revised to "Life begins at 50!" I would be the first to endorse this statement.
Although I really enjoyed my 40th birthday party, with my family and so many good friends there in attendance, technically I was only 39 on that Friday night, just over 11 years ago. :-)
It was on the Sunday after my parents had returned home to Bradford on a bleak and foggy November day, I felt like my life was over! That I was only here to aid my children as they grew up. However when I got to 50 I felt more alive than I ever had before! Don't despair, life is sweet at age 50 and beyond, I promise you!
What ever your age is today, you can decide to have a wonderful life from right now, this minute. You are the one that runs the thoughts in your head, you choose whether to feel happy or sad. You get to decide moment by moment how you feel. Maybe we should change the statement from "Life begins at forty!" not to "Life begins at 50!" but to "Life on your terms begins, when you decide to focus on living it your way!"
"Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you, that you're wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe that your critics are right. To map a course of action and follow it to an end requires courage." Ralph Waldo Emerson

Marco Schnabl's Testimonial about The Music Life Coach
I have to say that you've massively contributed to a big change in my life. The way you talk, listen and strongly believe in certain values has had a big impact on me. Your advice and your passion are second to none. It's almost like you've allowed me to start a new life. Of course, the techniques are important, but your humanity is the key here. Use it, by just being yourself and you're on a winner!!!
I have found the process incredibly interesting and uplifting. Mostly I think that your spiritual/rational approach works incredibly well.
The spiritual side, in particular, is so different from other approaches I've tried in the past: there's nothing esoteric about it, it just makes sense and maybe I'm lucky I've studied philosophy and the Eastern cultures in the past, that helps, but your approach is right for me nevertheless.
Having said that I also have to add that you are a great communicator...more than that I think you've got a great heart. So thanks a lot for that!!!

Tania Moran's Testimonial about The Music Life Coach
I felt that I could trust him with anything personal that came up throughout our coaching sessions and I have complete faith in his continuing confidentiality.
He is a shining example of a wonderful spirit, full of love, compassion but also has a great sense of humour. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the journey of our coaching sessions and I have achieved all that I set out to achieve in the beginning. I am now in a position where once again, I know that the possibilities of my life are limitless.

Peter Brame's Testimonial about The Music Life Coach
This is where Andrew has become the missing link for me. Talking every fortnight about my aspirations with Andrew has made me realise how negative and lazy I'd become with something so close to my heart.
Through our sessions I have been given new and strong foundations in which to drive for my dreams and the positivity and determination to achieve them.
Andrew truly believes that Life Coaching is his calling and in knowing Andrew since July 07 and seeing the results of his work, I truly believe him.

Norman Kelsey's Testimonial about The Music Life Coach
This man is wonderful. I highly recommend coaching sessions with him. I already felt a success, but Andrew has helped me focus on my goals, real tangible ones. The information he imparts is invaluable. It isn't going through the motions. It's feeling your worth and putting your desires out to the universe in a real way. Musicians, especially, give Andrew's coaching method a test drive at least. He understands the heart (and ego) of an artist.
What a great feeling to know I have him on my side! My wish would be for you to experience the same.

And the worst? Get yourself a proper job!
What is one of your special talents? According to my clients - being an inspirational life coach.
What is your definition of success? To be truly happy in being who you are and doing what you've always wanted to do.
If you could go back in time and witness one event in history what would it be and why? To be present when Dr. Martin Luther King Jnr gave his "I have a dream" speech, to see inspiration up close and personal and at it's best!
What is your pet hate? Unthinking motorists.
And if you could have dinner with two people (living or not) who would they be? Dr. Martin Luther King Jnr and Muhammad Ali.

Daily Encouragement
You must keep yourself passionate about all this; never let a day go by without dreaming the dream!
Keep believing in yourself and desire, determine and if needs be drive yourself to achieve the dream! Keep acting with courage and vision, focusing on the detail of what needs to be done today!
I know you're not frightened of hard work and you are great at disciplining yourself to get the results you desire.
One of your awe-inspiring qualities in my mind is your persistence and another is your constant optimism. You need to make use of these qualities everyday, whilst using the wisdom and common sense that are already yours and gaining new wisdom along the way.
When opportunity comes knocking and it will, take the calculated risks that your judgement sees as worthwhile.

How Committed Are You To Yourself?
How did you match up? Are you willing to make yourself accountable to bring these four elements into your life? Why not contact me today to arrange a complimentary session of Life Coaching to get you on your way? All my work takes place by telephone or via the internet on Skype (www.skype.com)
As The Music Life Coach, all the help, support and inspiration I can provide for you has to be ignited by your commitment. You must be prepared to stoke the fires of your own self-belief and to handle the inevitable difficulties and setbacks quickly and usefully. You must be willing to suspend your disbelief and believe that the things you want are possible.
That will require you to be the best that you can possibly be and to take responsibility for creating the life you want. And, most importantly, you will need to develop a healthy working relationship with yourself.
So, are you committed enough to make yourself accountable by having a Life Coach check in with you regularly? Are you willing to have someone to monitor your progress and to share tools and techniques that will put you onto the fast track to your success and help you to become the person you always intended to be?
E-mail me NOW at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk
I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Your Commitment To Yourself - Part 4
Please remember the Music Life Coach is always seeking the opportunity to share a complimentary session of Life Coaching with you, yes you! Just e-mail me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk :-)
Life Coaching on a one to one basis is in my view the best way to keep yourself accountable and to make definite progress towards your goals. This is because you put yourself into the process of self-improvement with someone who genuinely wants to see you achieve your dreams and has studied the ways to get you from where you are to where you want to be!
4) Willingness To Challenge Preconceived Ideas
To be willing to challenge preconceived ideas you need to be determined to think through everything you have held dear to you, especially the things that you have believed about yourself and the world around you.
When you decide to do this, simply by showing the world your determination, you will create new ways of thinking that allow you to experience a vast new range of possibilities within your life. As Einstein said, “The significant problems we have cannot be solved at the same level of thinking with which we created them.”
If you know that you’re willing to challenge your own pre-conceived ideas and take your life onto the next stage of its development, then I am looking forward to be speaking with you soon! :-)

Your Commitment To Yourself - Part 3
Please remember the Music Life Coach is always seeking the opportunity to share a complimentary session of Life Coaching with you, yes you! Just e-mail me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk :-)

This is because you put yourself into the process of self-improvement with someone who genuinely wants to see you achieve your dreams and has studied the ways to get you from where you are to where you want to be!
3) Self-Discipline
Self Discipline is a most vital ingredient, because when things get tough it will be this specific quality that will ensure that you keep moving forward. It's easy to be determined and to go all out for your dreams when things are going well; but when you commit yourself to change there is always a certain amount of discomfort involved in the process.
In fact discomfort should be welcomed as it will prevent you from getting stuck within your comfort zone and help you to prove to yourself how tenacious you really are! There will always be days when you have setbacks or you don't feel like giving your all. At these times with your self-discipline in check you will find the resources to keep going.
Tomorrow Willingness To Challenge Preconceived Ideas!
If you know that you're ready to change your life for the better and you want to increase your Self-Belief, I am looking forward to be speaking with you soon! :-)

2) Self-Belief
Self-Belief is the measurement to which you believe, deep down, that you are deserving and worthy of the things that you are intent about bringing into your life. Without Self-Belief you will prevent yourself from getting these very things. Your self-belief doesn’t need to be perfect, but what's really important to begin with is that you are desirous of increasing your Self-Belief.
Tomorrow Self Discipline!

1) Motivation
This is how you measure the willingness you have to bring change into your life and I believe it is the most important factor of all.Do you really want to change, are you ready to change? Are you really fed up with how things have been? Have you had enough of these thoughts and emotions: worry, struggle, insecurity, loneliness, feeling second best and thinking "if only"? I know that your motivation will be at a stratospheric level if you have and if more importantly you are willing to do something big about it! :-)

Tell Me What You Want, What You Really Really Want!
We all have desires; but how to stop procrastinating and get the determination, confidence and tennacity to achieve our desires, is made so much easier when you have someone alongside you to confidentially and without fear of being ridiculed, bounce your ideas off and sometimes to suggest new ideas into the mix for you that might give you clarity. That's what a life coach does!
Of course a life coach has many tools that they may use to help you discover how to live the life of your dreams; but it is really in the ongoing interaction and rapport of your conversations with the coach, where I believe the coach can prove their lasting benefit to your life.
I initially coached people with many different goals in mind (including some singer songwriters) and then I worked as a master coach alongside New Insights in Brighton, helping them to develop new Life Coaches. I have, more recently switched the focus of my work to singer songwriters which is now my main niche market.
What I like to do at the beginning is to have a "getting to know you chat" over the phone. I have a great "deal" with my phone company, which allows me to call people for up to one hour for pennies, so if you are willing to let me have your phone number and the best time(s) that you’re available, I will call you.
During our initial conversation, you can decide if you think we get on well and then let me know if you would like to take me up on my offer of a confidential complimentary life coaching session. Depending how this goal setting session goes, you can then make up your mind about becoming one of my paying clients.
So it won't even cost you the price of a phone call to find out if life coaching is for you, or if I'm the right coach. You've got nothing to lose and clarity, direction and purpose for your life to gain!
Please email me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk with your phone number and the best time(s) to call you.
Speak to you soon!

Inertia and momentum
That single step is all you need, it is what's known as "inertia." Now you are moving and if you take a second step, even if it's only a small one you will have something more than inertia, you'll have momentum! All that's neccesary then is to keep the momentum going by committing yourself to moving towards your desired destination every day till you arrive!
The steps we take sometimes have the opposite effect of what we intended them to have. When a plane takes off it's crew and passengers have a certain destination in mind. Yet any pilot will tell you there are many course corrections to be made along the way, because of the wind and the weather. So it is with our lives we know where we want to go, but if something we do has a negative result we need to make a course correction.
I challange you to take a single step in the direction of your dreams today and remember that the "musiclifecoach" is always only an e-mail away. :-)

Be Realistic!
Great leaders are rarely "realistic" by other people's standards. They are, however, accurate and intelligent. Mahatma Gandhi believed he could gain autonomy for India by peaceful, non-violantly opposing Great Britain, something that had never been done before. He wasn't being realistic, but he certainly proved to be accurate.
Which so-called realistic beliefs should you shun? What exciting, new, unrealistic but entirely possible expectations are there, that can you should embrace?
Please message me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk and let me know if you'd like to explore the possibilities your life has yet to embrace! :-)

Desire
Desire creates an image in our thinking and when we hold that picture there, we begin to manifest those thoughts! So be careful what you desire, make sure your imagination is set to the positive don't allow anything or anyone to distract you from achieving your possitive desires!
The good book declares "According to your faith be it unto you!" Do you believe that you can have that which you desire? What's holding you back, do you believe that you are somehow unworthy of your dreams?
Maybe you would benefit by taking me up on the offer of a complimentary life coaching session? Why not send me an email to musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk

Too old to rock'n'roll, too young to die?
How old is too old, to become a succesful professional singer songwriter or music star? I personally don’t believe there are any age limits, to this type of career and many other careers that people consider themselves "too old" for. I have a slight suspicion that these same people used to think of themselves in terms of being "too young" to do other things, at an earlier point in their lives. I think the reason why so few older artists "make the grade" is because they’ve given up on the idea of being able to make a living in that way! :-)
In every biography or auto-biography I’ve read over the years and they are a particular passion of mine. The people whose stories I’ve read, have one thing in common - they never, ever, EVER give up on their dreams, till their dreams become their reality! In the world at large, I think of Colonel Sanders, whose KFC business was started by him after he retired. I think of Abraham Lincoln who had tried so many times over thirty years and failed to be elected to public office, before being elected President of the United States at the age of 60! I think of Winston Churchill who had many failures in his army and political life, before he had his "finest hour" in his 70’s!
In music, Tina Turner was 45 before she became a massive star, although she had a couple of hits "River Deep Mountain High" in the 60’s and "Nutbush City Limits" in the 70’s; it wasn’t until she believed in herself, as being a great entertainer that she became the one who "strutted her stuff" to world acclaim. Gordon Haskell, had always been involved in music but it wasn’t until at age 55 that he had a massive hit with "How Wonderful You Are" at Christmas 2001 selling 400,000 copies and becoming the most requested song on radio ever! His album "Harry’s Bar" also sold in large quantities too here in the UK, in early 2002.
One song can make you a fortune. Take "Yesterday" for example, if Paul McCartney hadn’t written any other song, this one song would have made him at least a million pounds! A friend of mine had a minor hit in the early 80’s and the royalties from the song clothed the kids whilst they were growing up!
Are you still unconvinced that it is still worthwhile to take the plunge and make your passion into your income? All I’d say to you is that’s exactly what I did at the beginning of 2006 and I must say I often wonder what it would have been like had I made that decision much earlier. I’m living my dream and I can thoroughly recommend doing that to anyone!
The course I went through myself with my life coach Sharon, at the beginning of my Life Coach training is the one I now present to others, mainly by telephone or on Skype over the internet, which gives my clients the tools to help them achieve their dreams.
Too old? Only if you think you are!

A person's skills always make's a place for them!
I believe it's possible for you as a music artist, to be making a decent income from performing live and CD sales. Word of mouth and My Space can also make a huge difference. Independent Artists are often signed by record labels and promoted big time, once the record company knows they're onto a certainty!
There is always songwriting for other artists to consider as well. You and only you can decide whether to make a career from of music. You are not ever defeated until you give up! It's always been your choice what you do with your life! :-)
It won't be easy, but I know that many of you have already got the musical talents to make a career in music or you wouldn't have begun singing and writing. You are probably more musically accomplished than you think you are! It's our determination, tenacity and a never give up attitude, that can make all of our dreams into our present day reality.
You are at the centre of your universe and you are a creator of music! Why not recreate your life in the image that you can already have in your minds eye? By taking responsibility for your own success and being independent of the good opinion of other people, then you can change your life into anything that you want it to be.
We can all make the mistake of becoming discouraged by the negative things that people say to us. I for one refuse to believe the so-called "words of wisdom" people have to offer. "You're good for nothing and you'll come to nothing!" can be the death knell to your dream or the challenge of your lifetime!
OK then, I think you get my drift :-) So here's the challenge to you, why not experience a complimentary life coaching session with me so that you can decide whether I can be of real help in achieving your dreams. :-)

Quantum Soup - Anyone for second helpings?
That the essence of our existence is not one of the physical form or something that can be measured in terms of three dimensions; but instead our life is our thoughts, our intelligence, our spirit, our personality.
And that the real you and me can like King Midas of old, change the things that are, into the things thay we want them to become.
We can manipulate not only our own physical form by our thoughts, but also the way our world looks. This is the kind of work I help my clients with each day.
If that appeals to you, to know how to use your thought power which is possibly lying dormant right now, to enable you to change things around you in your life. Why not accept the offer of a complimentary life coaching session?
Do it now! Take action, those who do, are those who control their own lives!

The World Is A Quantum Soup!
I'll warn you this is a bit deep, if you don't understand it maybe I'll blog again tomorrow with what I understand it to mean. Anyway, Deepak made this statement which I was so amazed by, I just had to write it down.
This is Deepak's answer to one of Tony's questions, it's not part of a speech, so see what you make of it:
"We are thoughts that have learned how to create the physical machine. We are impulses of intelligence in a larger void of intelligence. We have learnt how to create physical matter, by that I mean our minds and our bodies.
The world is a quantum soup, radically ambiguous, a ceaselessly flowing field of all possibilities of infinite choice. We are like King Midas - but where he could only turn things to gold, we can turn things into anything we like."
Got you thinking, hey?

How To Be The Master Of Your Own Destiny
Best friends can fulfil such a role, but often they don't have the knowledge of how to help and they're too bothered with getting their own stuff sorted out, to be really able to help you.
Those old chestnut questions of who's right, who's wrong, the grey areas are all conjecture and irrelevant. By focusing your attention on you, what it is you want out of your life; what you want to achieve, what you want to be remembered for and your purpose in being here. You can then start to take control and work towards your own goals instead of working for someone else's, which you most surely are doing, if you don't have your own agenda for your life!
Like everybody else I get paid for the work I do and although we all like to think we make some kind of a contribution to society, by helping people to self actualise and to bring out their talents, I believe the Life Coach earns every penny he or she gets!
For example did you know that Adolf Hitler wanted to be an artist? If only his tutor had encouraged him to paint, told him he was good at it instead of telling him he was hopeless at art, we may be admiring the great contribution Hitler had made to the world of art, rather than having to remember the tragedy that was the Third Reich?
You may say you're beyond help, some people tell me that they are! :-) I don't believe them, but if you believe you are beyond help, then I realise for you that's true! I too went through a very negative phase of my life, when I look back it I see it was because I lacked both variety and certainty in my life, didn't feel significant or loved, and I felt that I wasn't growing or making a contribution to society with my life.
If you are willing to see if having a Life Coach could make the huge difference I say it can, please contact me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk to arrange a free confidential one hour Life Coaching session.

How To Have A Passionate, Directed and Enjoyable Life!
So what is your life about? What is the contribution you want to make to the world? It can be many things, such as bringing up your family to be a blessing to all those around them. It could be developing a career, becoming a leader or to leave the world a better place because you've been here.
My suspicion is that there are many people reading this, who have already defined their life's purpose. They know their talents are the gift they have been given to share with the world, to uplift, enrich other peoples lives.I believe you dear reader may fit this description, but only you can answer whether it's true!
I know that if I hadn't become a life coach I would have lived an unfulfilled life! When we have this amount of certainty and know that we are living our lives on purpose, our interaction with the world becomes more passionate, our direction becomes clearer and our lives are much more enjoyable as a result! :-)
So, when you decide what it is you want to achieve in your life, having a life coach may give you the advantage that makes the difference to you being able to arrive at your chosen destination, rather than merely dreaming of arriving there.

Living the life of your dreams - how to do it!
My guess is that even if we feel that way most of the time, or even some of the time, we don't stay focused enough to remain "in the moment" with those thoughts. So here are a few suggestions that might help you to stay on course.
Most of our problem in not being on top of things each day is down to us having unconscious negative beliefs about our capability of living life to the max. So how do we change this?
We do it by managing our state of mind.
1). We can achieve this by changing our physiology, after all part of being human is to have fears and by changing the posture of our bodies we can change the way we feel. Stand the way you would stand if you were totally certain of your outcome. The way that you would stand if you were going to get all the things you want or would like. First I guess you'd be smiling, chin up, straight back and a twinkle in your eye. Am I right?
2). We can also achieve that great state of mind by the language we use when we are talking to ourselves, or when we are thinking. What kind of words do you say to yourself? Do you turn yourself from a metaphoric prince to a frog? We should use incantations to change our state, not only saying the stuff we want to happen in our lives, that will change things for the better, but also to speak to ourselves in the certainty of knowing and feeling that this frog is turning into a prince!
3). The other way to achieve the state of mind that will take you where you want to go is by keeping track of your focus and your beliefs about yourself. "Think highly of yourself because the world takes you at your own estimate!" So by using your physiology, your language or self talk and by choosing to focus on what's good in your life and having positive personal beliefs then you can become the passionate, determined and personally driven person that you know you should be.
A life coach can help you achieve this kind of personality shift, to help you to achieve all that you've always wanted to become. Please message me now or email me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk to receive a free gift and set up an initial consultation.
Some say "A person is judged by the company they keep." Maybe with all the good will in the world, kind thoughts towards you, your friends could be dragging you down. It's time to raise your standards, but don't forget to continue to love your friends and your family, wherever they may be in their life's path..

That awesome person called you!
Often we see others as somehow further down the path than we are ourselves, they've got better knowledge, better connections, better abilities and they appear in comparrison to us as super-human. We aspire to be like them.
The reason for this conclusion, is beacuse of our own perception not only of the world, but of our own place within it. We think we know all there is to know about ourselves and we're just ordinary, the skills we have are common place.
My client is a very successful small business owner, who built up his business from scratch, having to learn the tools of his trade as his business developed over the years. I'm sure that many of his clients see him as the expert in his area.
There is another question that I intend to ask my client the next time we speak, but I'll ask you that question first, "Are you in awe of yourself?" Psalm 139 v14 says that we are "Fearfully and wonderfully made!"
It's time to realise that you aren't insignificant, you too have knowledge, connections, talents and abilities. It's my belief we have all been sent into this life with a grand purpose, but sadly many people die with unfulfilled potential.
If you'd like to discover your purpose or how to get back on track, to the place where you know deep inside you're supposed to be, please contact me now by e-mailing me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk and I hope to speak to you soon. :-)

I Dream For A Living!
"I don't dream at night, I dream all day. I dream for a living."
- Steven Spielberg"
I found this quote recently and I immediately identified with it. As a Life Coach (not a moviemaker) my business is to take my clients dreams and help them to believe that they can not only have those dreams (or goals as we call them) but that they can have them within a reasonable time scale.
I need to be the certainty for people that what they are aiming for is not silly or selfish, but achievable! When they display a lack of determination and or tenacity to follow through; my job is to passionately remind them of their dream and all the reasons that I can muster, to convince them again that their dream worth eagerly pursuing and fighting for.
I know people can achieve their goals, not only because I have personal achieved goals in the past, but because I have a growing number of past clients who have also achieved the goals that they set themselves through a period of Life Coaching.
I often quote the line from "Fawlty Towers" where Basil says in the "Communication Problems" episode: "Back to the world of dreams" if I digress from my initial subject matter. I then go on to remind my clients that Life Coaching is indeed "the world of dreams!"
Do you want to be a dreamer, whose dreams come true. Contact me today by personal meassage or by e-mailing me at musiclifecoach@gistli.co.uk

Wimbledon 2008
Roger Federer was first out on the centre court early this afternoon, defending his title. He went through to the second round in straight sets beating his friend and old doubles partner, the Slovakian, Dominik Hrbaty.
I watched as Roger show his disappointment for not breaking serve to love. What this means, is that Roger obviously expects to win every point, even when his opponent is serving! On the other side of the court Dominik hit the ball into the net moments later in disappointment, when his serve was broken in the third set, seemingly consigning him to a 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 defeat.
It made me think, how life lives up to our expectations whether those expectations are poor or wonderful. We are never beaten until we decide we are! I know Hrbaty was playing against the current champion and that it was unlikely that he would beat Federer; but the game of tennis like the game of life is played one stroke a a time, one point at a time and we owe it to ourselves to give ourselves the advantage of a possibilty of things going our way, even against the tide.
If Hrbaty had denied Federer his 60th straight win on grass today, I think Hrbaty would have been more surprised than anyone else! We all know that upsets occur in many sports, the results we expect don't always happen. If my observation was correct and Hrbaty accepted that he was going to loose, after loosing his serve in the third set, it serves (no tennis pun intended) to illustrate that whatever we do in life, we should never give up!

Life experiences
I then recited my employment history, I'll spare you the details for now! :-) However, by the time I'd finished, my son had counted 27 in all. I was stunned, but like when I had my "aha" moment and realised what my life is about, what it had all been leading up to (i.e. becoming a Life Coach) I then realised that these 27 jobs, along with my two periods of unemployment, have prepared me to be able to understand a lot about being human.
I suppose first having a broken engagement and before entering a 25 years + marraige, four children (two boys, two girls) and now two grandsons is an impressive CV for a Life Coach; not forgetting my year at Bible school in 1979/1980 and the public speaking that I did around that time.
Maybe it's possible to get a handle on life at an early age, maybe I'm just a slow starter? But I know that my life experiences and the knowledge of personal development gained in the past twenty years or so, along with my Life Coaching qualification make me the kind of person who can show people how to get the most out of their lives.

Find your purpose, then find your passion!
As a Life Coach I see part of who I am and what I do is to help people to find their purpose and their passion. So many seem to live lives of quiet desperation, I've stood outside our local shopping mall watching people coming and going and thought to myself - where have the smiles gone?
I believe we all have talents and that we were all sent here with a purpose. A life coach can help you to find out what your purpose is if you really haven't got a clue, then once you know what it is can help you to work towards achieving your purpose.
When someone is on purpose in their lives, when what they do everyday what they love doing; then although someone looking in from the outside would say, you're just like me you've got a job. The one on purpose would say it's really not like work for me, it's what I love to do. That's when you are passionate about your life and you can feel fulfilled everyday.
This life of purpose, passion and fulfilment is available to everyone. What do you love to do, maybe that is what you were meant to be doing all along? Where do your talents lie, what are you good at? Why aren't you doing that very thing to earn your keep, give up the drudgery and live your life to the full.
Let a Life Coach help keep you on track, by sharing the tools andstratergies that we have to share, to make your life all you ever dreamed it to be.

Hello!
My name is Andrew Smith and I am the "Music Life Coach". I was born in Bradford, UK and now live in Sheffield, UK. It is my privilege to work with people all over the world, in the music business as a life coach, I love my work and in my blog I intend to share some of my thoughts on life.
People tell me I am an inspirational coach, rather than a success and motivational coach, which is the way I used to describe myself. To be motivated I was told involves someone pushing you or pulling you in the direction of your goals; to be inspired however is when you see, feel and touch your goal, when it's so real to you - that you find it within yourself to get up and go after it every day. Apparently that is what I do I translate my clients desires and goals into inspiration.
